As I get to know someone, I use a person centered approach, which is a collaborative effort where I see you as the expert on your life and look for your feedback on what is best for you. I often check-in with those I serve to make sure we are on a positive path, and I can change my evidence-based approach to best fit your needs. I strive to build a foundation of trust with those I serve, so that we can create a safe environment to promote healing. I don't subscribe to one approach fitting everyone. We all need to be handled with care.
