I am a strengths-based and person-centered clinician and believe that we are all capable of growth and healing, especially when connected with others who are validating, empathetic, and maintain healthy boundaries and communication styles. I am grateful to have experience working with people of all ages healing from trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and grief.
