Hello! I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and a licensed substance use counselor. I am committed to providing a warm and safe environment for people to work toward and/or through changes in their lives. My practice focuses on working with you to identify personal goals and create meaning while targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs. I believe in taking a collaborative and holistic approach to helping people make positive change in their lives. We will work together to determine what the best treatment modality is for you.
