I can help you understand the obstacles that are undermining your happiness, and to trust again in your own intuition to discover the strengths that are already there within you. While we can't change situations of the past or the family's we were born into, there is potential here for you to better understand how your past experiences and/or current challenges are interfering with your ability to enjoy life fully. I have been practicing for over 20 years and have extensive experience in successfully treating a wide range of issues including: trauma/abuse, religious trauma and the effects of parental narcissism/borderline personality on adult lives. There is relief. You can learn to do things differently and develop a greater sense of agency to manage your life.
