Clients often seek me for therapy when they are going through major life transitions, or are stuck in life and know they need a change. I work with adults of all ages, but especially am drawn to working with young adults and college age students. I work with people struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, and other life stressors.I strive to create a healing place that is both warm and bright where clients can heal, grow, and figure out what is holding them back.
