English | español Hi, I’m Kate. I’m a compassionate, experienced therapist with a strong clinical foundation. I’ve been in practice for over 10 years and feel comfortable working with a wide range of concerns. Many clients struggling with anxiety, depression, familial/relationship struggles, OCD, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and issues of spirituality have found our work together helpful. Additionally, I have specialized training in treating disordered eating, and I am an active member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). My style is integrative. I work from a psychodynamic foundation but utilize helpful evidence-based modalities to tailor therapy to meet my clients' unique needs. What this means is: I work collaboratively with my clients to ease distressing symptoms, but also explore the deeper patterns behind them.
