I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, psychosis, and major life transitions. A particular passion for me is working with families who are supporting loved ones living with psychosis. Experiencing these issues can be confusing, overwhelming, and deeply isolating. My goal is to help you feel more equipped and less alone as you find your way through it.
