First of all, congratulations for taking the courageous step of considering counseling! I've been a counselor for 15 years, and love working with every age group. I enjoy helping people who are struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, chronic pain, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or any other condition where managing difficult thoughts and emotions is a primary concern; essentially, individuals who want to learn to accept their internal experiences while actively pursuing a purposeful life aligned with their values. I am passionate about empowering individuals to live meaningful lives by embracing their thoughts and feelings while actively pursuing values that matter most to them. My style is warm and interpersonal. I guide clients in developing flexible coping mechanisms to navigate life's challenges, fostering greater psychological well-being and resilience.
