I’m Kate, a licensed social worker and therapist at North Salem Psychotherapy. I support women, young adults, and couples navigating the lasting impact of trauma. Many of my clients come to therapy experiencing anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, chronic self-blame, or relationship challenges rooted in childhood and attachment trauma, religious or spiritual harm, and codependency. My work centers on creating an emotionally safe space where you can explore your story, understand your patterns, and reconnect with a more grounded, authentic version of yourself.
