Some clients are seeking support for themselves, while parents may want space to process their own challenges or support a child’s growth. My clients seek understanding, guidance, and a safe space to explore their emotions and build resilience. I provide warm, client-centered therapy that draws on nervous system insights to support emotional growth, stronger relationships, and renewed hope. I offer sessions for adults, teens, pre-teens, and parents. Faith is important to many clients, and I can integrate spirituality when desired while welcoming all backgrounds.
