I believe therapy can be beneficial for everyone, as we all experience difficulty in life, a need for healing, a desire for wholeness, or just for things to "get better." If you are struggling, be it with grief, relationships, or a sense of stuckness, you don't have to do it alone. I'm happy to be on your life journey with you! I work with adolescents, adults, and children age 10+, as well as couples and families. As a chaplain and pre-licensure marriage and family therapist, I work from a relational and systemic perspective, honoring the spiritual and religious backgrounds of all people as we explore what's meaningful to you.
