Hi, I'm glad you're here. I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Kansas. I believe my clients are the experts in their own lives, and my own journey with mental health inspired me to become a therapist. I work with Adults 21+ and couples. My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I utilize a variety of techniques to meet the unique needs of my clients. I primarily combine client-centered therapy with holistic practices. As a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I support individuals with ADHD and Autism to create an inclusive space. I am EMDR trained for negative beliefs and trauma.
