Neurobiology and attachment research confirm that experience shapes us in profound ways, with early relationships and the way we are parented playing a crucial role. These early experiences can influence how symptoms of mental health issues manifest and persist throughout life, regardless of age or gender. In my practice, I use an attachment theory framework and an insight-oriented approach to address a variety of concerns, including: relational conflict, loss, work stress, identity/self-esteem, role transitions, depression, anxiety, and unresolved trauma.
