My ideal client is anyone who is in need of help and support. I always struggle with the question of my "ideal client" because I don't think that is what being a therapist is about. It is my job to meet each client where they are at and walk forward with them in their journey. If you are a human on this earth who is struggling and wants support, you are my ideal client. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is similar in ways to EMDR and other eye-movement based trauma treatments. I take an eclectic approach to treatment as one approach does not meet the needs of every person.
