I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado since 2001. I have my bachelor's and master's degrees in social work. I'm here to help you through whatever part of your journey or season you are on/in and would like support and gentle guidance. I look forward to meeting you. Most of my past focus has been working in different capacities, including therapy, with those who have chronic mental illness. However, I am also trained in brief-focused therapy and motivational interviewing.
