Everything can heal.....your mind, heart and body. I am a supportive and caring psychotherapist with over 19 years of experience. I use an integrative approach, combining my background in psychotherapy with neurofeedback to facilitate the healing process. I have used traditional methods alone for years to help clients heal, and am now Board Certified in Neurofeedback and able to integrate this approach as well. For many, the effects are life-changing. Neurofeedback therapy stabilizes the brain, creating a foundation that allows other psychotherapeutic techniques to be more effective.
