I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Ph.D. in clinical social work. I am also a certified ADHD professional. I have over 25 years of experience in clinical work with adults, children, adolescents, and parents. Utilizing the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment focused therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic psychotherapy, I integrate the latest clinical knowledge with a commitment to understanding each client’s unique story.
