As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 20 years of experience, I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families to navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges in a compassionate, trauma-informed space. I help clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, and support families navigating the emotional challenges of divorce and separation. I help young people feel comfortable being themselves while building skills to manage emotions and navigate challenges. I also support young adults in navigating major life changes, developing a sense of identity, and building healthy relationships.
