I work with clients of all ages, from early childhood through adulthood. With kids and teens, I use a playful, compassionate, and relational approach to support big feelings, tough transitions, anxiety, trauma, or neurodivergence. We use creative tools like art, movement, games, and storytelling to build emotional connection and regulation. I regularly partner with parents to support their role in the process. With adults, I help navigate the complexities of stress, identity, and healing within their stories. No matter your age, my goal is always to create a warm, connected space where growth feels possible and support is steady.
