I believe that every client deserves a therapeutic process that works for them and always work to tailor my therapeutic approach to the unique individual needs of every client and family I see. I am especially passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults who have experienced interpersonal trauma, who have experienced disrupted attachment, who have been impacted by systemic or generational trauma, who are experiencing grief or major life transitions, and neurodivergent clients. I also enjoy and have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and a variety of other symptoms and presentations. I have specialized training and experience working with clients who have experienced complex interpersonal trauma including abuse, neglect, school or family violence, and involvement with systems such as CPS. I am certified in Trauma-Informed CBT and am trained and pursuing certification in EMDR and play therapy.
