Hi! I have spent the last 17 years working with children and adolescents, families and adults in the WNY area. I specialize in eating disorders, OCD, anxiety disorders and mood disorders. I take an eclectic and person-centered approach to therapy, as I do not believe “one size fits all.” I am a Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned therapist, highly trauma informed, and strongly value social justice in my work.
