I work with children of all ages, families, parents, and female adults who are seeking to better manage life. My clients come to me seeking support to manage stress, anxiety, ADHD and ASD. I work with families of young children to build emotion regulation skills and anxiety management skills. I work with teens on navigating the stress of high school and college prep. I work with parents on how to co-parent in ways that are supportive of their unique child. And I work with female adult clients who are looking for support to juggle their many responsibilities and find joy simultaneously.
