About
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern graduating in May 2026, dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s personal challenges. My passion is supporting clients through trauma, relationships, and addiction, while also addressing anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, and singlehood. I feel deeply called to work with first responders and military members, honoring the pressures they carry and helping them build balance, resilience, and connection. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and live authentically. My counseling approach is holistic and client-centered, blending evidence-based methods such as Gestalt, Person-Centered, and IFS within a trauma-informed framework. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel empowered to process their experiences, build healthier relationships, and reconnect with their authentic self.
