I like to offer a welcoming space where people feel supported, understood and encouraged to reach their goals for counseling and therapy. The adults and teens I meet with are facing a variety of challenges related to anxiety, depression, difficulties at school or work, divorce, grief and loss, family stress, and other life events. It has been truly rewarding for me to support people and their growth over the past 20 years that I have been in the counseling field. I look forward to continuing to offer that support, and I welcome you to reach out with any questions.
