Does the thought "I’m not good enough" live in your mind rent free? Do you feel ashamed or self-conscious because you seem to do things differently than others? By learning flexibility, cultivating self-compassion, and identifying the values central to your life, you can learn to embrace your authentic self. I enjoy working with teens and adults who are struggling to navigate the neurotypical world that we live in to build self-compassion and implement strategies to improve executive functioning issues. I am especially passionate about the psychological impacts of neurodivergence, and working with people diagnosed later in life.
