As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I can work with you to create a safe space to explore the things that keep you stuck and address the roots of these issues rather than just the symptoms. I believe the strength of the relationship we create can be a source for change to find the resilience needed to lessen the gravity of your suffering and frustration. Sessions can address depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, family of origin issues, stress management, anger, self-image issues, self-esteem, and difficult life adjustments. I also have experience assisting individuals who are recovering from chemical dependency.
