At KKD Therapy, I believe the journey to achieve what we want is a very complex trip. We deal with hurdles in both our inner and outer worlds. A lot of the time, these hurdles can cause a variety of emotions that impact our functioning. The emotions we feel are normal, and understanding the story behind those emotions is key to moving effectively in life. KKD Therapy offers a space to explore the twists and turns of life, to ensure you get to your destination safely and as your best self. I am accepting New Jersey and New York based clients.
