My practice focuses on providing mental health support to adolescents, young adults, and their families. I have experience as a crisis therapist for youth and young adults with the Mobile Response Team in Contra Costa County and in a college setting. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with suicidal ideation, depression, self-harm, anxiety, and trauma, including sexual abuse. In addition, I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating grief, intimacy concerns, communication challenges, parenting, and life transitions. My goal is to foster healthier behaviors, enhance communication skills, and support clients in building fulfilling lives and relationships.
