I work with clients to help with life challenges such as stress, depression, anxiety, transitions, relationship challenges, parenting stress, aging, and medical illness. My focus is on helping clients to set goals, better understand themselves, and learn practical ways to cope with difficult feelings and challenges. I have experience working in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and medical settings, including McLean, Mass General Brigham and Lahey Hospitals. I use various techniques and approaches with my clients, with a special interest in mindfulness skills. My style is interactive and collaborative.
