Hello, my name is Kelly! Have you been feeling overwhelmed or stressed lately? Maybe you’re feeling down or just not yourself. Are you having trouble maintaining relationships at work or school? Having a hard time communicating with people closest to you? Maybe you’re just struggling to balance all that life is handing you! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years experience in working with providing support & counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families that are having a challenging time with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, and just everyday stress that we all have! I primarily utilize a person-centered and strengths-based approach when working with clients. I work to incorporate techniques based in cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies. I am also trained in motivational interviewing and dialectical-behavioral techniques. I work with clients to develop their “tool belt!”
