You might feel like you're barely holding it all together. Clients who see me often come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lonely, sad or stressed. After working together they often feel more centered, calm, confident and supported. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog to meet your unique and specific needs. I have a lot of interest in meeting with adults in all stages of life as they navigate change, transitions, challenges and life events. Telehealth across Alaska and in-person sessions in Juneau.
