I work with helpers, pleasers, and/or high-achievers who quietly carry burdens and face challenges like big life transitions, anxiety, stress, depression, and loss. My clients are teens and young adults who are often accustomed to supporting others and excelling in challenging environments, yet find themselves in need of a space where they, too, can process their unfolding life + decide how they want to live it. I have worked with athletes, students, and new helping professionals like teachers, nurses, resident doctors, counselors, and social workers. Most of my clients are between the ages of 17 and 30.
