My work addresses anxiety, depression, relational/complex trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, self-doubt, and self-esteem. I support clients who are looking to gain awareness and feel more confident, at ease, and connected to self and others. Together, we'll explore your unique lived experience, bring awareness to ongoing patterns, practice new skills, and help you live a more satisfying life.
