As a licensed counselor and art therapist, I offer a compassionate, individualized approach. For those interested, I incorporate creative expression such as painting, drawing, collage, and writing to deepen self-exploration. Since art engages different areas of the brain than those used for speech, it can help you view issues from new and meaningful perspectives. I work with adults and adolescents (11+) to address a wide range of concerns including anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, stress management, substance abuse, and chronic illness. Drawing from my experience as a former soccer player and current runner, I am dedicated to helping clients cultivate a balanced, healthy lifestyle while managing life's challenges.
