About
Therapy is about the experience of getting to know ourselves again and reacquainting ourselves with who we are at our core. We live in such a fast-paced world and it is easy to get lost. Sometimes, we lose sight of who we are. I believe all of us have many different parts of ourselves. Some protect us, some help us succeed, some hold us back, and some keep us safe. Engaging in therapy with me is about the experience of loving all of our parts, even the ones we may say “I don’t like that about me.” I would like to join you on your path to loving ALL of you, and remind you of your inner wisdom.
