I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma and eating disorders. Together, we will work to build insight and self-compassion in order to help you heal from whatever brings you to therapy, let it be to work through trauma, address maladaptive coping skills, overcome perfectionism, or just feel better in your own skin. As a therapist, I am both direct and compassionate and pride myself on showing up authentically as a human. My priority is creating a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship that can serve as a container for you to get to know all parts of yourself - even (/especially) the messy parts.
