Do you feel you have residual trauma that you have been unable to process through traditional talk therapies? Are you struggling with how to move through a major life transition such as birth, death, divorce, or a change in faith? I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, with a special interest in treating trauma, postpartum mental health, and faith transitions through somatic psychotherapy and ketamine assisted psychotherapy. I primarily utilize Somatic Experiencing, and also include strategies from additional treatment methodologies, including CBT, art, and narrative therapy to create an individualized plan for each client. Somatic Experiencing is a body-based psychobiological understanding of human beings that can provide a framework to naturally re-balance your nervous system.
