Accepting new clients - In person and telehealth! Passionate about providing individualized and intentional care, I believe that therapeutic work requires a strong connection, where clients feel heard and empowered. Taking a psychotherapeutic approach, I have helped clients to develop awareness of how we come to understand ourselves and the way we interact with the world for over fifteen years. Through this journey, we develop compassion for the patterns we created to adapt to our environment, while exploring what may keep us from experiencing life with more connection and acceptance, and less shame and judgment. I enjoy working with folks across the lifespan, and I have specialized training to work with adults who are experiencing relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression, as well as young people who experience difficulty launching into adulthood. I enjoy making connections between past experiences and current challenges.
