I am a clinical psychologist licensed in New York and New Jersey. I specialize in Child and Adolescent Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and related difficulties. I believe strongly that there should be no mysteries in therapy. Goals are best served if they are clearly established. Children, adolescents and their families deserve to be part of creating those goals and should know when they are being achieved. Therapy should be practical and based on the available relevant research evidence.
