I love working with all types of clients from individuals to couples and families as well as children. My passion is to help each one of my clients achieve their goals whatever that may be, such as; improving their relationship with their partner, obtaining a higher sense of self, recovering from abuse, reducing levels of anxiety and depression, improving performance, and many more. I utilize an eclectic humanistic approach that focuses on a mind-body balance and is tailored for each individual client. As a lifelong learner I often utilize new approaches to therapy. I specialize in the treatment of complex trauma and many other disorders and neurodivergencies.
