My ideal client is someone who has realized that they can no longer do what they're doing alone. Humans are shaped by those around them; leaning on others is part of what it is to be human. In my therapy office, I embrace this leaning. It's perfectly okay to need to lean on someone's shoulder for a time. Life's journey is a tough one, and I hope that in my office, you can find a place of rest, reprieve, and reassessment for the next leg of the journey. View 6 Photos It's true: no one is an island. The relationships that make up who we are can be sources of strength and pain. In my therapy, I look to provide clients with a different, truer experience of themselves and their emotions. I seek to provide the safety to explore and reshape relationships into healthier ones. And I desire to cultivate a rooted sense of self.
