I am a first generation Vietnamese-American refugee and daughter of immigrants. Through my personal and professional experiences, I understand the impact of trauma and emotional pain in many people’s lives and witnessed the journey it took to heal and live with trauma for myself. I've been in this field for 10 years and what I offer is genuine, authentic, and compassionate care to my clients. I am passionate about mental health care and prevention and am strongly committed to help improve the outlook of people’s mental and physical well-being for a healthier future in our respective communities.
