As a licensed therapist in a rural community, I believe a clinician should be flexible and diverse in training. My practice represents that diversity and strives to meet the individual needs of my clients. My training is clinical in nature and offers a variety of interventions that assist the client in exploring core beliefs that may inhibit the individual to move forward in life. I utilize a strengths-based perspective that creates a platform of acceptance and understanding to assist the client from remaining "stuck" in their blocking belief systems.
