I integrate these disciplines to help you explore emotions, recognize patterns, and move toward a greater sense of well-being—all with warmth, authenticity, and a touch of humor when you need it most. Over the past 25 years, my career has taken me through diverse settings—from schools and universities to community mental health centers and private practice. I specialize in working with teens and adults on issues of anxiety, self esteem, depression, parenting, relationships and life transitions. My natural approach to therapy is client-centered and strengths based meaning I value you as an individual with your own unique experiences and life purpose.
