You might be here if you're feeling disconnected from yourself and those around you, impacted by anxiety, stress, shame, or trauma. Or you might be a caregiver seeing the effects of those things on your loved ones. I am so glad you found your way here. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, behavior challenges, relational issues, parenting struggles, and those struggling to cope with current or past stress and trauma. I believe in the power of relationships to bring connection and healing, and my hope is to create space alongside you to support you in moving toward health and wholeness. I bring a relational approach in order to provide space for the creativity and bravery needed to explore parts of yourselves, build new skills, and move toward more authenticity. I am trained in EMDR and use this along with somatic approaches, mindfulness, and CBT. I am also trained in child-centered play therapy and use this with child clients.
