It is my belief that each of us has the ability to find our best self. With guidance, insight and a desire to move forward we can obtain optimal emotional, spiritual and mental health. My practice encompasses supportive exploration and accomplishment of one's identified goal(s) with compassion, intuition and an eclectic blend of therapy methods. Much of my work is with individuals who are experiencing issues related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma and substance abuse. With couples and families the work is focused upon exploring, identifying and addressing issues surrounding poor communication, trust and boundaries
