You try and form healthier habits and quit the old ones, but for some reason it is not working. You desire relationships that build you up, but more often than not, you find yourself in unhealthy ones, and are left feeling confused and alone. I work with clients of all backgrounds who suffer from the effects of traumatic situations, depression/anxiety, stress management, abusive relationships; with couples and families wishing to heal and nurture their relationships; and anyone seeking growth and change in how they experience their lives, both past and present.
