Asking for help can be very difficult. It takes great courage to acknowledge one’s suffering. I believe it is extremely important to focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship. I will help you develop tools to manage life’s adversities and become the best version of yourself! It is important to remember that each generation faces their own challenges. I have experience working with children, adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, sadness, anger, depression, or self -esteem related issues. I have extensive training and background working with youth who have experienced trauma. Treatment should be unique to each individual. Our work will focus on your strengths and we will set achievable goals which will promote hope for the future. I work from a very creative approach and I like to think outside of the box. I’ve had a lot of success with engaging resistant youth.
