Insight alone doesn’t always reach the parts of us that carry pain. My work focuses on helping you heal what’s underneath — the experiences your nervous system never got to fully process. As an EMDR therapist, I help individuals move beyond surface-level coping to identify and reprocess the experiences that keep them anxious, disconnected, or self-critical — so real change can take hold, not just insight For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners shift out of cycles of conflict and find their way back to safety and connection.
