I work from a relational and trauma-informed lens, understanding that challenges don't exist in isolation - they live within relationships, family systems, and the body. I integrate somatic therapy & EMDR to help clients process experiences that feel hard to put into words. For couples, therapy focuses on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and creating emotional safety. For families, we work together to strengthen relationships, reduce conflict, and support healthier patterns of connection. With individuals, we gently address trauma, anxiety, stress, and life transitions while building nervous system regulation.
